“The episode on their views on Grace Tame’s appropriate response to a grifting patronising PM who has basically let a culture of rape in the People’s House and in the lives of so many girls and women was an embarrassment to themselves. Two white men talking about the way that a woman ought to behave is a representation of not just the utter lack of diverse perspectives in the Australian media landscape but also in policy circles. Old white men like the two presenters need to realise that they are increasingly the problem in society. They are the reason for this deeply embedded structural inequality and injustice that affected anyone who is not a white man. So please. Stop embarrassing yourselves. Professor and Hack?
