A terrible waste of time. Michael Britt could make these great however he needs to practice brevity. The podcasts should be pared down to a five minute interesting session. But he prattles on and kills the interesting psychological message.Read full review »

This podcast seems to be highly rated by a lot of people. I find the presenter forgets what he is saying very often, it is not very polished, completely unedited and a bit monotonous.
