I'm not a psychology student or teacher, just a regular high school student with an interest in psych, and this podcast does a great job of explaining things in a way that doesn't require a lot of background or technical vocabulary. The episodes are always on varied and interesting subjects that show the breadth and depth of psychology in the world. I think there is a few good way here to get relax or relief psychological. But...I am not sure.... Maybe the content is not concentrating.... It is jumping around.
