Oh dear. This podcast has no scientific or academic merit to speak of. Mr Britt takes the listened on a meandering journey on what often feels like his own personal diary. He uses 100 words to convey what could be said in 10. I suggest if you are having problems sleeping then listen to this podcast; you'll be fast asleep in no time.Read full review »
