My favourite podcast
This podcast is an absolutely treasure find. I generally prefer one-host podcasts rather than the ones where people have a dialog, and this one is a gem. The topics are so on point, and although I’m well-connected with my emotions and spend a lot of time on self-reflection and emotional growth, every episode I’ve listened so far opened my eyes on one thing or another. I also just enjoy Jemma’s voice and manner of speaking, it’s soothing and it sort of says “you’ll figure it out, I’m sure of it” and it’s just so comforting. I do hope that, when Jemma reaches 30, she’ll rebrand it into “The psychology of our 30s” and we can all continue listening to it.

I absolutely love this podcast. It is the perfect balance of facts and research with general well-being guidance which I love. It is so soothing to listen to and interesting and I love how science is used to support the statements and facts made. Thank you so much for recording this :)

I stumbled upon this podcast by accident and I’m so happy I did! It’s like talking to a friend about all the topics you worry about ect and having more clarity afterwards 🤍👏🏻
