Genuinely so comforting
As an anxious, high achieving college student in their 20s, I have never come across a podcast that so accurately breaks apart and re-analyzes my life. It makes me feel so seen? I’ve ended up crying in public more than once listening to certain episodes, because Jemma speaks with so much compassion and the way she explains things makes a lot of my experiences finally make so much sense. Putting these big life changes in a psychological framework and intellectualizing the mechanisms and why they developed has profoundly changed the way I accept myself and my situation. I’m so glad this podcast exists, because it makes me feel much less alone.
