        Keith met Mark Wilson at around 5,000m on the way to the summit of Mera Peak in Nepal. Ex-British Military, Mark shares similar philosphies with his gym Develop Me in Sydney, Australia, to take people physically beyond their comfort zones and show them what they are capable of.
