“First of all, if you think this really about Public Speaking, you should go somewhere else. This podcast is about speaking in the workplace, or how to be PC about how you speak with others. Yes, technically, this is public vs. private speaking, but it has NOTHING to do with giving a speech, or preparing for speaking in front of dozens of people for any type of event. Secondly, and even more annoying, is that Lisa B cannot speak in a way that inspires one to believe she's educated and knowledgable anyway. She pronounces "Especially" like eckspecially, and "Specifically" as "Pacifically." If I EVER went to a school and my teacher used such poor enunciation, I would ask to transfer classes immediately, and ask the administrators to send said teacher in for reeducation on the English language! I know there are accents to the language, but that should NOT include habitual mispronounciations!”Read full review »
