Very quick, very practical, very entertaining
I stumbled on this podcast by accident. What a discovery! Every week Lisa delivers a show that crams several practical tips into just a few minutes. I particularly enjoyed the episode that gave a simple method for writing a wedding speech: I’m not speaking at a wedding any time soon, but the method was so useful that I’ll be applying it to other areas. It’s not all about writing speeches of course, Lisa gives great tips on many areas of communication such as how to do well in a job interview and how to start conversations with people you’re meeting for the first time. I’ve never been interested in communication before, but aside from learning some very useful tips I really enjoy listening to Lisa’s upbeat shows. She clearly knows what she’s talking about. It only takes a few minutes a week to listen and you’ll learn something useful each time. I’d recommend this podcast to anyone!Read full review »

I have been following this series for a while now. It just keeps getting better! Lisa presents concrete suggestions that should be applicable to many situations beyond the examples mentioned in the podcast. Each episode is worthy of your attention.
