“Sara and Steven are really, really fun to listen to. As a cat-obsessed person, it's really nice to hear how much other people care about their furry friends. The hosts voices' are soothing and their guests are awesome to listen to.
The reason I'm writing this review is because this podcast is really, truly the podcast I go to when I want something to listen to but also want to calm down (long day at work, stuck in traffic, etc.) Part of that is because I just want to get home and pet my own cat, but it's also because Sara and Steven are just happy people, and listening to them instantly improves your mood.
The Purrrcast has had some really big guests on their show (Georgia Hardstark, Bess Kalb, Alice Wetterlund) but they have also introduced me to TONS of really cool people that I had never heard of (as well as their cats!).
The podcast is nice because it makes me feel like I've really found my people. Cats are awesome, but so are cat people, and now I feel like I'm not alone in my love of cats.
A bonus of the podcast is that you get exposed to lots of cool cat names. Biscuit, Allagash, Mimi, Penny Lane, Buster and Samba have all been "guests" on the show and it's awesome to hear the stories behind these cool names.
