ive enjoyed the education and perspective on American law and government. We dont have nearly enough opportunities to hear this type of frank, articulate & independent thought from an experienced, skilled attorney.

While I do comprehend the gist of your PoV in this episode well enough., you compromise your own point right from the beginning with simple naivete from the outset.
I mention it simply bcz i thought you would want to know that your "gaydar" misfired, and that missed context will undermine your arguementation for any listener that knows better
