“I used to love this show until they gave Chips a voice. They really lost a lot of the comic quality when they did that. It went from excellent to "just okay." Newcomers might not care, now that cheesy podcasts rule the world, but for those of us who loved Dr. Floyd the way it used to be, the "new" Chips is grating. I could forgive the long gaps between episodes & seasons, could forgive the self-indulgent commercials and over abundance of fan-mail answering, but actually down-grading the comedy of the show was taking it too far. I flirt with unsubscribing everytime I clean up my podcast list. I did email the show, but they laughed the comment off. Maybe I'm the only listener who feels this way.”Read full review »
