I’m really struggling with my 4 year old who is pushing back a lot, listening to this breaks down what is so complex into an accessible way. I’m hoping I can put into practise these “simple tips”. The examples are invaluable. Thank you!

Wow!! This has really helped me go deeper to help my sensitive, strong, and stuck kid. All my kids…but especially my one who doesn’t respond to the average responsive parenting! The episode on stuck kids accessing vulnerability was such a lightbulb moment! So grateful you put this and yourself...Read full review »

I love these podcasts. I grew up in a home where you didn’t ask questions, you did as you were told and you didn’t communicate about any issues or problems. I have two young children and am so grateful for these podcasts to help guide me to stop the cycle of parenting that I experienced as a child.

Just discovered this and it has come at the perfect time as my daughter is three and I’m struggling with some of the behaviours that brings! I listened to the last episode first and look forward to driving into the others. I’ve already been recommending it to other mothers! Thank you.

As a new mom, I’m eager to be the best I can be. I want to end the generational cycle of trauma, break bad habits, and challenge any predisposed ideas that are there but don’t feel right or natural. Gentle/respectful/connection-based parenting is the approach that feels the most rewarding,...Read full review »
