After reading all of the great reviews I was excited to check out this podcast.
About ten minutes into the first listen all I had heard was "rah rah" and a few ads.
Twenty minutes in, I still had not heard anything new or valueable.
If you are looking for some cheerleading or and are a complete real estate rookie, this podcast might be for you.
