“Be very careful with these guys. Ask them what happened to all the people they "mentored" a few years ago. I personally lost a great deal of money being a part of the "mentoring program." It is appalling to me that they are still at this game. Equity Happens? No, actually, it doesn't happen always. But you said it did...I still remember a night when they put up a big chart about how no matter what happens the real estate market goes up...No Robert and Russel...my investments crashed at the same time you were telling people to hold on. How do you both propose I pay my ballon second mortgage that you guys told us all to go out and get? My credit is bad now so I can't refinance it. It's due in December. Do you have 90k to pay it off?
