“I participated in Ron Black's interim construction loan deal. I should have realized something was up when on the closing document Ron was taking out around $13K only to leave $40K for the builder to complete the project. After a while it took its toll on the builder and the entire neighborhood. Now a realtor is coming around and offering to buy my loan at a discount. Looks and smells like an organized scam to me....
