I live at a property that Life Bridge bought last year and they immediately raised the rent 11.8% while simultaneously letting the property itself deteriorate. Anyone who invests with Whitney or supports this kind of investment strategy is supporting predatory and disgusting behavior targeted against working class Americans just trying to pay rent and make a living.”
