More often the atmosphere is that of the later portion of the party, when everyone is well-lubricated enough to relax. All the same, if you’ve been to enough of these parties you do still start to get a bit fatigued by it all at times.
Aside: I see a lot of reviews analogizing this to Chapo and I am puzzled, to say the least, at the comparison. Or rather, I too wish this podcast would talk (in its often garbled, indirect way) about politics less, and be funny more.”
