Called back to her hometown to conduct an autopsy, Jane's disturbed as she’s made to perform the procedure on a body that’s already been autopsied. Horrified at what's inside the corpse she tries to leave but finds herself locked inside the morgue. Tormented by her terrible past she's forced to play the deadly game of her unseen torturer.
