“I get drawn in by the subjects of this podcast and then leave vaguely unsatisfied. I listened to the podcast with Dr Casey today and was left with some questions. She said she had totally revamped her diet based on wearing a glucose monitor- how? What does she eat now v. before? How has it affected her? What caused her glucose to rise? I realize it will be different for everyone but would have like to hear more about her experience.
Most of these podcasts are about 40%too long and contain too much fawning over the guests but then again, that is my complaint for most podcasts in this format. Just get to the point and the pertinent details for the masses and gush about your guest off air!”
