“The recent hydration episode was super disappointing! I’ve never been disappointed by anything of Dr. Mindy’s as I’m an avid follower, but this episode teaches you nothing about hydration or how to hydrate properly. I take my Beam minerals and drink LMNT, but now she says only to drink mineral water after a workout. In another episode, she mentioned always to drink minerals in water. Her message is very confusing. I’m never not like an episode, but this one missed the mark on hydration for women.”
