Just started listening to this podcast. The interview with Anthony Bourdain reeled me in but the witty banter with relatable commentary kept me listening. Few episodes in an I’m happy to listen each day during my drives and dog walks. Looking forward to more content being served πŸ‘€ up and expanding my food / restaurant knowledge. Chefs kiss.

The best way to learn about something is through someone who is passionate about the things they’re teaching you. Few people are better teachers, especially when it comes to spirits, wine and hospitality, than these two gentlemen. Keep up the awesome work.
