Unexpected
I read Rich's book a few months ago and was very impressed -- to the point where I've bought a few copies for friends and family members and have recommended it to anyone who will listen. I was looking at Rich's website a few days ago to see if there was anything and looking for new "tips" and "secrets" of a vegan nutrition and stumbled upon his podcast. What I found was unexpected: less of what I thought I was looking for, and more of what I needed to hear. Much more about "living an authentic life" and "getting to the basics" -- of connecting with oneself, of meditation, and of getting to the core of things. I'm sure the nutrition and fitness tips and information will come soon enough (perhaps I need to listen to episode 7?). In the mean time, I've not tired of listening to this very authentic couple chat about their journey into fitness, conectnedness and yes, health. Thank you for sharing and for being an inspiration to many of us!Read full review »
