Such a great listen on so many levels....
This is an amazing series of podcasts. I'm continually surprised by what is covered and how thought provoking a lot of it is. Rich is clearly an inspirational character - he's been on an incredible journey, but there is deep and relevant wisdom in here, far beyond the "unfit bloke does athletic heroics in Hawaii" thing. The individuals that he has had on the podcast, from Michael Gregor to Gabby Reece have all had interesting things to say. Even the bonkers scandi guy (forget his name) asked some very interesting questions. Michael Gregor was sort-of expected. He's very pro plant diet and a good match with the way that the "Rolls" have chosen to live their lives. Gabby Reece was (to me) complete leftfield, but boy did she have some wisdom about the role that women can play in the world and how they can positively influence their children and husbands. Many marriages around the world would benefit from listening to the middle 10 minutes of that podcast. Might be difficult listening but she hit a load of nails right on the head. And finally onto Julie Platt.....I think there has been some criticism of her but I think that's unfair. She's got a lot to say, she sometimes rambles off into crazy monologues that don't really lead anywhere, but she's fab. If more people cared as passionately about their lives and those of the people around them as she does, the world would be a much better place. I know if I knew her personally we'd spent our lives arguing, but I also know that she'd probably be one of my closest friends. (I'm male by the way). In summary, this is a great series of podcasts and I highly recommend it to anybody who is prepared to think about their place in the world and their relationships with those around them and I think in the future may well be seen as some sort of a landmark in podcasting - or maybe even the start of something bigger.Read full review »

I have listened to all the podcast's released to date and find them very inspirational from a nutriotional content but also "life lessions" standpoint. Some of them I have listened to the twice. I agree with Rich that there are several other training intensive sites that are very...Read full review »

I've devoured every episode so far, and here I am hoping Rich has already posted another...and he has! Great stuff! Keep 'em coming, Rich and Julie! I transformed to an entirely plant based diet about 2 months ago. I can't see ever going back to the way I used to eat. It's...Read full review »
