“I'm a fan. Liked the book and hoping for more in-depth focus on endurance (especially as it relates to endurance sports), tri-sports (the wee little bit of blow by blow with Julie was awesome, looking for more of that), nutrition, and even found I enjoyed hearing about any relationship issues there have been within the marriage. Rich's honesty and humility are very refreshing.
As a plant based athlete, I'm trying to focus on my endurance nutrition. I'd love to hear more about how and exactly what foods you eat pre and post workout, why are they different and how those specific foods help.
If I can keep asking, I'd love to hear what a typical week of training looks like for you in this phase of the season (just starting to train for next season).
