“I started listening to this podcast in January 2017 as I had decided to sign up for waling 1,000 miles in a year as part of getting fitter and losing weight. I have thoroughly enjoyed listening to these podcasts during my daily 3 mile walk and have downloaded some more from Richard's website. It is so refreshing to listen to a down-to-earth and friendly voice imparting interesting and clearly explained motivational subjects. “Love the podcasts and never get bored. These have helped motivate me to do something for myself. I have applied to be a volunteer in a local organisation.
