Then: Unique. Now: Redundant
The Ringer F1 show used to be a breath of fresh air, a uniquely American take on F1 in a sea of mostly British voices. Now, I like Spanners—even with his conspiracies—he is entertaining and at least has some self awareness to his highly opinionated… opinions (allow myself to introduce…myself). In a sea of F1 podcasts though, whats the point in listening to this one now when I could be listening to Missed Apex? It was great when Spanners dropped in once jn a while and you had different guests but now I fail to see the point. Love Megs but that’s not enough.

More reviews of The Ringer F1 Show
In episode 1, one of the hosts is a Lewis Hamilton super fan so you know what you’re going to get. I love the idea of the show and how they deep dive into the series but could have done without the framing of the “travesty of Abu Dhabi”.
