I am an obsessed fan of F1 so I will listen to anything regarding F1 this is painful and so lacking in facts - way to fluffy and these folks do not know the rules - I have tried a few times to give them the benefit of the doubt. It’s simply not lovely.

The Ringer F1 show used to be a breath of fresh air, a uniquely American take on F1 in a sea of mostly British voices. Now, I like Spanners—even with his conspiracies—he is entertaining and at least has some self awareness to his highly opinionated… opinions (allow myself to introduce…myself). In...Read full review »

Megan is great. Unfortunately, Spanners is so bias, as bad as Sky. A more balanced cohost would be great please!

Poor research especially and surprised the hosts don’t know about things like Alonso’s drama with Lawson, nor the context in qualifying.

Best F1 podcast. Loved that they did a preview episode for Austin, more of those!

The show was great with Kevin and informative. Unfortunately Meg was not able to guide the show well. All the insight was gone. There was even an episode with Nora talking about Taylor swift surely this should have been on jam session. It’s clear that they don’t have respect for their audience...Read full review »

Meh
Liked it better with the previous hosts. Spanners is off on his tinfoil hat conspiracy theories but tries to cover it by saying he doesn't believe there's a conspiracy even though he keeps bringing it up. Own it, dude.Read full review »

Good vibes, very enjoyable listen! Spanners brings the British dad humor and Meg brings the hot midwestern wifey material energy

I’ve always enjoyed this podcast - great mix of conversational tone and F1 knowledge. However, the recent bias towards certain drivers and disdain for others that just regurgitates stan twitter’s talking points has been very off-putting.

Really loving the show since they went to Meg and Spanners! As a DTS baby, been following the sport for about 4 years now, their recaps are my must go to after races. Keep up great work!

I don’t know how Meg does it. Spanners never fails to remind her how long he has been watching F1, implicitly highlighting his superior fandom as compared to newer fans. He also never misses an opportunity to belittle Meg’s commentary. He is a completely ungracious subject matter expert, and...Read full review »

Keep them out of your commentary, be mature adults.

Ringer need to invest in this feed more with more content beyond race reviews and drive to survive recaps. I think Megan is doing a great job replacing Kevin. But the potential for more diverse topic and shows is there.

Schuster and Spanners will keep you up to speed with the world of F1. Their mix of in-depth info and tongue-in-cheek fun makes for some entertaining content. If you’re after dreary tech talk about tarmac and gromits go elsewhere, but if you want to stay current and have a laugh at the same time...Read full review »

Every episode delivers, especially with Meg and Spanners Ready.

The host has def been working on their presentation skills. The program seems more natural. Happy to tune in! Also, having Spanners in is pretty cool!

An awesome F1 podcast, really enjoy Meg and Spanners together

Just think if someone was reviewing hard knocks and purposefully didn’t watch the nfl. That’s Jodi Walker. Not a fan of the sport. Just a fan of talking

It pains me to say this because the host seems very nice and likable but when you don’t do anything on Bahrain testing and instead you do a 2 part DTS pod, might as well admit you’re not actually into the racing and this podcast is just a product of the Ringer’s leadership’s Netflix algorithms…...Read full review »

Let me get this right. We have livery previews, car launches and the first time we’ve seen cars on track for the first time in months and the content we’re getting is a review of DTS?

Meg and Spanners are the winning combo. The podcast has improved so much from when it started!

I feel like all good podcasts have one grounded, relatable host and one opinionated, off the wall 'guest' and this show has really found that balance with Meg and Spanners. I really appreciate Meg asking the questions Im thinking about and Spanners is my favorite old school f1 uncle...Read full review »

I use to listen to the show and it was an enjoyable podcast but the addition of Spanners has destroyed the show. A petulant Lulu sycophant

The best F1 podcast I've found. Spanners and Meg do a great job previewing/recapping. Their conversation and banter comes across as very natural and I love how they can get into the minutiae of each race, techincal details etc... while still keeping things light.Read full review »

Easily the most enjoyable F1 podcast. The combo of Meg and Spanners makes for an incredibly enjoyable and informative F1 pod. Meg provides the hardcore F1 journalism and Spanners, the hot takes, brilliant insights, and zero Mercedes bias.

Look forward to this pod every Monday after a race. Much more entertaining and informative than the same old same old NFL pods.

F1 content that’s timely, fun, and honest. Spanners - never change.
crimejunkiekatie via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 09/27/23
Spanners…. Max had a solid qualifying lap in Japan 🤣 Gaslighting the TD! What a pundit he is, constantly making up his own reality about Redbull and Verstappen. And then bringing this as facts on multiple occasions..

Best F1 podcast out there. Great commentary and recap on the races and team transactions. Also not too technical for us new F1 followers.
JZ911 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 09/27/23
Clark is gone, but that only means more Spanners. Spanners explains the races the way a novice like me understands. Meg is great at keeping him on the track

Meg and Spanners are great, awesome duo The Ringer in general has some amazing podcasts.
VersaceToppy via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 09/26/23
Nice balance between F1 European pundit (Spanners) whose knowledge goes back to history relevant to current F1 (80s and beyond), with American host who ask intelligent questions (and make observations) about F1 culture and strategy.
HeathShuler via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 09/26/23
Great insight and attention to detail for us in the Drive to Survive generation. Good amount of tech talk and supplying the drama nuggets that others lack. Everything you’d expect from the Ringer team. Only suggestion would be to incorporate a Ryen Russillo guest appearance once a year. *#1...Read full review »

Love this podcast. Love spanners from missed apex. I actually am more impressed with Megan. She does a fantastic job hosting the show and her passion for F1 is infectious. I know KC left but still my favorite show !

I love Meg and Spanners. Thankfully it’s audio only so we don’t have to see Uncle Spanner’s head that looks exactly like a potato. If you want an F1 pod that isn’t too serious but still gives good analysis, try this one out.
