incredibly relatable & inspiring!
The conversations in these podcasts are an amazing mix between hearing her experiences, while also challenging you to pull back your layers and start examining the parts of your life that feel misaligned. I love diving into this type of spiritual work, but sometimes it can feel very out there and tough to connect with. Mary brings in a modern voice while still focusing on the core principles and I couldn’t recommend it more! She’s incredibly talented and shares so much wisdom that I have not been able to find anywhere else.

I love Mary and her authenticity. I found her on Instagram and have been hooked on her since. I love the topics she exposes and her experience with trauma and healing. She is such a light! Beautiful inside and out! I feel like we’re just 2 BFFs in a room chatting when I listen ❤️
