Warmth of the heart
Mary and my own trail crossed paths in Costa Rica many moons ago. She is a beautifully smart woman with an open heart that is both strong and fragile a the same time. A sensitive soul that is very much in-tuned to people that she meets and her surroundings. Its very rare to find someone like Mary that is full of wisdom and at the same time has a young delightful spirit. This is contagious and you very much want to catch it. We are each given a set of tools in this life, many misidentifies theirs from someone else’s and end up spending a lifetime on projects that they aren’t meant to do with a lot of heartbreak as a result. One of the best ways to avoid this is to learn from someone that has identified theirs correctly and I can’t think of anyone better than Mary in doing what she was meant to do best. As for me, listening to her talking so articulately with such as rich mosaic of words about her experiences and herself warms my heart. Believing is seeing. /Mattias

I love Mary and her authenticity. I found her on Instagram and have been hooked on her since. I love the topics she exposes and her experience with trauma and healing. She is such a light! Beautiful inside and out! I feel like we’re just 2 BFFs in a room chatting when I listen ❤️

I had listened to Tim Ferris’s podcast on ayahuasca and searched for other podcasts and came across Mary’s podcast. Wow- she gave an even more in depth explanation than he did- I would consider her delivery and knowledge of certain subjects to be at the same caliber as his. And she’s funny with...Read full review »
