Episode 20 Rewire Dopamine Pathways
I’ve worked in a private container with Mary for a couple months where I was squeezed and held with loving support on my edge whilst juggling shifts in my business, conscious and mindset. It’s been a deeply challenging process building the courage to allow myself the grace in the reinvention of my passion and Mary providing me with some foundations through her programs and 1:1 support. Highly recommend tapping in to Mary’s toolkit. This episode is a great reminder—Dopamine is sneaky in that way because I am so eager to soak up more and more knowledge. BUT THE TOXIC BEAST is who we subscribe our attention to and how often. I found this episode to be extremely relevant and the conversation as a whole was so in sync with all that I have been feeling when it comes to ingesting inspiring info on Instagram, podcast and books. I really appreciate the way Mary “says it how it is” and reminds us that we are all human AND that ultimately we get to take responsibility for where we let our energy leak to. Thank you for your realness and I adore what you bring to the table. So grateful! 🤍 -Marlee

Just started listening to Mary and this one I just listened to involved delving into myself and doing a bit of work. I loved it and the uncomfortable-ness of doing so makes me know I’m DOING REAL WORK. Mary is the best. And I’m HOOKED.
