“Dave is an inspiration. He is willing to risk career blacklisting to come out as a classic liberal against the regressive leftists who now dominate campuses and media. I was beginning to feel very alone as someone who leans left and supports free speech. I saw everyone around me conforming to the narrative of safe spaces, no platformimg, microagression and cultural appropriation. I felt like an outcast who wasn't wanted on the left.
