“There are many reasons I didn’t want to listen to this podcast, the title which evokes religious connotations, hearing from those with a strong faith (where I don’t have one), my presumption of Elizabeth’s class due to the “posh” accent, words I don’t understand (and have to Google). However I listened with an open heart and mind and heard someone like me, is interested in listening to lots of people and connecting across our differences. I appreciate the honesty and vulnerability and this is now the podcast I recommend most to others and is tune into regularly. I have thought a lot about what is “sacred” to me, my own values before coming across this podcast and I assume many others have too. How wonderful to share our values and upbringing to begin yo understand where they stem from. Thank you for keeping me coming back Elizabeth despite our differences.”
