The Sakara podcast has changed my life, just as the subscription service and products have. Danielle and Whitney have a chemistry that can only be the product of shared struggles and a life-long friendship. You instantly feel connected to them and whomever they present on the podcast. Their previous episodes were better and they had a diversified mix of topics. Now all they talk about is motherhood - which is completely irrelevant to a handful of members in the audience/don’t care. Episodes are also becoming increasingly emotional and less factual/informational based.

Danielle, Whitney and the Sakara team have all had a profound impact on my quality of life. I have been following a Sakara diet for about 4 months now in conjunction with the Woman Code meal plan by Alisa Vitti. I have regulated my menstrual cycle, cleared my acne and obtained control over my...Read full review »

I love Sakara and have been a subscriber. I would love you guys to do an interview with a conventional farmer or a food scientist. There is a lot of food fear out there and would love to hear the perspectives from both sides! A lot of their information is fear based and not science based. The EWG...Read full review »

I feel like those who love Goop would also love this. I’m not gonna lie, I kind of enjoy it but I also kind of cringe when I listen to it.
