Insights, practical tips and great info for athletes
Just listened to the Rich Roll interview- & it was awesome. Was refreshing to hear someone being so honest about their life and what they have had to do to achieve success in their sport. We hear a lot about 'visualisation' in sport, but not so much about how breathing/ every day meditation is so important as well. It could be that one thing that an athlete starts doing that is the difference between success and failure. There are so many different types of supplements and diets out there so it was also good to hear that we don't need to be perfect in regards to that, just start with little things that might make a big difference. I struggled going vegan previously competing but after listening to this I would definitely be more open to testing out plant-based supplements and cutting out other protein sources etc The 'solo round' was also cool as it flowed really well (no issues trying to keep guests on track) and the interview with Grant Cardone was hilarious, in a good way.
