“I’m really wanted to love this podcast but the condescending, snarky, backhanded commentary just ruins it for me.
I’m all for learning about Canada’s darker side and how we have failed as a country throughout history, but I just felt that the information was lost in a sea of personal opinions and unnecessary comments.
Hopefully something else will come along in the future with better hosts who focus more on the history of this country (good or bad) and less on personal feelings\opinions.
To the hosts, I guess I would say that I hope this review helps you to revise your commentary. Educate your listener base instead of guilt tripping them. It comes off snobby and only turns listeners off. The attitude you give off doesn’t help individuals to open there eyes to the injustices of this country, it instead makes them close their eyes even tighter and put there hands over there ears.”
