“This podcast is an unflattering look at the kind of amateur sleuths that Serial has created. Parts of the podcast are interesting (hearing Rabia give her thoughts is an example), but the overriding majority is seemingly unintelligent discussion of a journalistic crime investigation by fledgling entertainment critics. Their discussions are not enlightening or substantive in any way. It comes across as discussion among high schoolers about a topic that has complexities they can't quite handle.
