From a StepMom
So this show is ridiculously good for anyone, not just moms. But I know it’s aimed at moms so I’ll just tell you it works to enlighten and improve my life and I never gave birth. I’m a stepmom, and the reality is — no matter where the weight or shame came from, taking care of other people, especially when younger and less experienced than you, is hard. Intense. And rewarding beyond description. And this show helps me manage the guilt of doing it imperfectly, by putting myself first when at all possible and without guilt. Which in turn makes me a better stepmom. Thank you Sara!
