They're big in Korea
As a Korean-American, I was pretty disillusioned by every other golf podcast's reaction to Si Woo Kim's win at the Players. A bunch of whining about his inability to speak English rather than his ability to win the Players, the PLAYERS, as the youngest winner ever despite hitting about 4 greens in reg in that final round. Hearing that whining was honestly pretty bleak for someone who works in a community with a large ESL population. You can win the Players and all anyone wants to talk about is your English. Jeez. So hearing about Andy's spot on Si Woo Island pretty much hooked me from the start. Add in the fact that my dad went to UIUC and I think I would be betraying some part of me by not being a fan of the show. It helps that the show is just great. Honest analysis, good humor, actual conversations and not just waiting to get their points in, just good stuff all around. I also enjoy Brendan and Andy's coverage of the LPGA, Euro, and Asia Tours, since it would be hard for me to access those worlds otherwise (only so many hours in the day). This is the only pod I have notifications for. Looking forward to a great 2019.Read full review »

Two very knowledgeable golf addicts have formed to create the best podcast. The Fried Egg is the most complete mind in golf right now when compared to all other in the media. He continues to produce the best stuff on golf.
