“I was not terribly impressed with the podcast on 80 million worth of hypothetical water. It ended when they ran out of time with them saying "I guess we'll never know, it's too hard' Great investigative journalism I don't think. I also thought the Isis in Sri Lanka pod was biased but I can't remember how exactly. Just a feeling that the child soldiers & traumatised people should be looked after, brought back here if they are citizens & given help to mitigate any potential threat rather than trying to work out in the camps who is a threat & who isn't. There was a bit of fear mongering & listening to the 2 pods in a row I had an uneasy sense that my aunty had been getting strange ideas from somewhere. It seems the ABC news podcasts are a bit thinner on the ground then this time last year, are tell me straight & the lucky country coming back?, so I will give this one another go but will keep an open mind as to some of their conclusions..”Read full review »
