Real for Mama's
This is a great Podcast. I have for kids and i run a business with my husband. I have been researching and trying to use Ayurveda for two years now and started with an earlier lighter dinner, which was recommended before 6pm. That was impossible. Angela says between 5:30 and 7:30 pm, now that is more doable. And my favorite thig she has said is that guilt is the worst thing you can do for yourself, it's better to have a cheeseburger then feel guilty. Great perspective for this mama.Read full review »
