“This one is perfect. They find books that aren’t super intense and her voice is so calm and soothing and the music is very very soft in the background. I fall asleep every time by like 10 minutes so I put it on a timer to turn off after the episode. It’s the only thing that helps the anxiety spiraling, I just repeat the words she’s saying in my head to stop the repeated thoughts and it WORKS. I’ve played all of them a few times at this point!”
