Thank you for exactly what I needed to hear
The session on why people cheat was the first podcast of Jason’s that really triggered me, in the best way possible. Not that it was easy, as I have spent the last year in a righteously-victimhood status over feelings of betrayal from cheating. But after a year of reading everything I could get my hands on around the topic, this podcast was the first thing that really made me rethink my parts in the entire scenario of my former relationship and acknowledge my power to change. I have listened to this podcast multiple times and since have been converted to Jason’s “tough love with a hug at the end” attitude. I send his podcasts and blogs to my friends with the disclaimer that he is definitely not going to serve it up soft, but he’ll serve it up real with a genuine desire to help people move through their own emotional stickiness. He is my first internet-found relationship coach (with a nice bump from Elephant Journal) who has provided me much perspective of my power in what I call in to my relationship life. His all-star line-up of guest speakers provides such an amazing resource for those of us still desiring to move through our own hearts. So thank you, to all of you, for helping me as I am healing through a difficult transition from having what I thought I wanted in a relationship to moving toward what I want to become in a relationship.
