“Customer service at Relationship School is incredibly disorganized and does not model the communication skills discussed in Getting to Zero. They have not provided the materials purchased, did not host the scheduled calls, and have been incredibly difficult to work with. I have provided explicit details of the various issued and not received a response or a genuine apology for the difficulty. Yes, I asked for an apology as Jason doesn’t believe you should apologize unless it’s meaningful to the person. I’ve asked more than once. The closest thing I’ve received is, “I’m sorry you experienced communication issues,” as they tried to blame emails going to spam. Later they confirmed the emails were NEVER sent.”
