“I love listening and learning as I am on the road a lot so podcasts are great. I'm excited that now I can listen to Chris on podcast as well and continue learning as he brings experts in the field of real estate and business.
I would like however, to address the negative comment that was left here. I'm not really sure why some people, that obviously did not follow the steps that Chris outlines for us through his partnership, have to slander others to make up for their lack of efforts. I have been a JV partner with Chris for over 1 year and have closed over 9 deals in that short of a period. In any business things take time, and you might not start seeing the fruits of your labor for a few years, some sooner than others. There is a saying "When the student is ready the teacher will appear".
I consider Chris and his family top notch people of character and straight shooters. They are there to help, but they also run a business. Their time and knowledge, just like any other successful business entrepreneurs is not free, but instead of reinventing the wheel, Pay your dues and learn as much as you can, especially from an expert that does it in and out like Chris and his team does. I'm nothing but grateful because my relationship with Chris and his family will go strong for many years to come. I've always from day one have had nothing but positive things from him. So at the end of the day take responsibility for your actions, take a step back from the tree and look at the big picture. If you didn't follow what the expert was telling you, then that falls on you. There are no handouts in life. Thank you, Chris, for all you do, I know I appreciate it.
