A real insight into the building blocks of a good session
As a parent of a player, it is often underestimated how much thought is going into the short/long term development of the players. The first episode gives a valuable insight into the mind/mindset of a coach and their sessions. Very useful for coaches who want to maximise their sessions, learning from two coaches that have experience with progressing their players and teams. It is also useful for parents that might want a bit more understanding of what they see on a training pitch or within a game.

Is this the same Chris Fraser that uses the kids from football teams to get with their mums and then emotionally hurts them and wrecks their lives!! I would give 5 star to this as this is the only thing he seems to be good at while he’s coaching and for his own ego state of mind.
