“If you want a no BS running podcast, Stazza is your man! Excellent info given that cuts right through jazz thatβs out there at the moment. Stazza is so knowledgeable with vast experience so you can trust what he says is right! Heβs also pretty witty at timesπ”

“Every episode is full of solid gold training advice, from one of the most knowledgeable coaches around. No gimmicks, no nonsense just facts, delivered with Johnβs usual cheeky humour.”

“Really enjoyed the marathon podcasts part 1 and 2. Some real advice on an array of times in which people complete a marathon.
Although some of it is common sense, there is advice given as why these methods are used and they make sense.
I also love Majellaβs sense of humour π€£”
