Great show! I loved how you helped out the lady that criticized your ramblin’ on episode 1 of the sub 3 series. You searched her on Strava and gave some advice. That was really cool. Great show and keep of the great work. I’ve listened to your Marcus brown interview and your sub3 marathon...Read full review »

Stazza takes a different approach to both podcasts and marathon training. Taking a laid back approach, weaving in his decades of coaching experience with his easy style, this series strips back much of the information out there which can make it all seem so complicated, and simplifies it. If you want a no BS running podcast, Stazza is your man! Excellent info given that cuts right through jazz that’s out there at the moment. Stazza is so knowledgeable with vast experience so you can trust what he says is right! He’s also pretty witty at timesπŸ˜‰

Every episode is full of solid gold training advice, from one of the most knowledgeable coaches around. No gimmicks, no nonsense just facts, delivered with John’s usual cheeky humour.

Really enjoyed the marathon podcasts part 1 and 2. Some real advice on an array of times in which people complete a marathon. Although some of it is common sense, there is advice given as why these methods are used and they make sense. I also love Majella’s sense of humour 🀣
