Self-promotion from a company that hates you
Yes, ten years ago Stack Overflow was a useful group of web sites. Now it’s just a way of collecting data to be sold as training models for AI. Relicensing means that your contribution of content is strictly one-way - you can write, but you are not allowed to delete! Volunteer moderators are still, unbelievably, being sucked in to working for free unless you count capricious abuse and dismissal as “payment”. As a programmer I truly believe we would be better off if this company no longer existed.
