Coach, thank you for taking time out of your busy life and continuing to help us runners at all levels. Recently, you helped me reach my goal to complete a 10 miler. I am 60 years young and although I ran 4 half marathons in my lifetime, I haven’t run in over 6 years. I finished the ten miler without injuries and just came in from my first run since. I listened to episode 2 podcast and took your advice to leave the watch home and listen to my body! I cannot believe that I ran a comfortable pace and completely abandoned the run/walk strategy i followed for the past 12 weeks!! My plan is to continue to run to stay healthy not to “train” for a race. I deeply appreciate your wisdom and the fact that you are sharing tips for all levels of running. Jason Fitzgerald has created a few different formats of podcasts which are all entertaining and informative.
