“Very informative. Jason Fitzgerald has a knack of selecting interesting guests and asking the right questions, while using his own (personal and from coaching) experiences to expand on topics. I consider myself an experienced runner (+15 years of continuous training) , and I have listened to and read a lot on the subject, but I still find an occasional gem in here. Also, there is a much needed focus on strenght training, as a way to not only directly improving running, but also inderectly, as a way of ensuring consistency through injury prevention by enhancing overall athletic ability. Good stuff!”
